Fletcher (left) is the younger brother of Russell Tringham (right). They are both the sons of Nash Tringham.

We first meet Fletcher in Episode 11 where he and his older brother Russell are acting their parts as the 'Elric Brothers' on the stage that is the town of Xenotime. They needed the fake identities in order to have sufficient funding in the continuation of their father,Nash Tringham's, research in the crystalization of Red Water.
